David S. Osman was raised in Dover, New Hampshire. He graduated from Berwick Academy and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce of the University of Pennsylvania; he went on to earn a Juris Doctor degree from Boston University Law School. David has practiced Civil Trial Law in New Hampshire since 1972. Currently David's practice consists of being a neutral 3rd party facilitating parties to resolve disputes.
David has served as a Trustee of the Winnipesaukee Playhouse and Temple B'nai Israel of Laconia, and as a member of the Gilmanton Zoning Board of Adjustment, the City of Laconia Committee on Human Relations, and as a Board Member of the New Hampshire Conflict Resolution Association.
David and Fredda Chertok Osman have been married for 50 years. Their son, Ari, has made David and Fredda proud grandparents.
David enjoys downhill skiing, snowshoeing, bicycling, golf, gardening, cooking pizza on the grill, and watching his grandchildren's sporting events.
